Portal; müşteri hesabı, fiyat listesi, sipariş talebi, sipariş fişi, fatura ve cari hesap bilgilerini yalnızca sipariş ve müşteri hesabı süreçlerini yürütmek amacıyla işler.
- Her müşteri yalnızca kendi hesabına bağlanan ticari kayıtları görebilir.
- PIN değerleri düz metin olarak saklanmaz; tek yönlü PBKDF2 özetiyle korunur.
- Oturum çerezleri güvenli, HttpOnly ve SameSite=Strict olarak ayarlanır.
- Yüklenen fişler Cloudflare D1 içinde saklanır ve yalnızca yetkili yönetici ile ilgili müşteri tarafından açılabilir.
- Yanlış veya güncel olmayan kayıtların düzeltilmesi ve hesap erişimi talepleri için portal yöneticisiyle iletişime geçilmelidir.

The portal processes customer accounts, price lists, order requests, receipts, invoices and account balances solely to operate ordering and customer-account workflows.
- Each customer can access only the commercial records linked to their own account.
- PIN values are not stored as plain text; they are protected using a one-way PBKDF2 hash.
- Session cookies are configured as Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict.
- Uploaded receipts are stored in Cloudflare D1 and can be accessed only by an authorized administrator and the relevant customer.
- Requests concerning inaccurate records or account access should be directed to the portal administrator.
